STEP ONE

Select your items in our shop. Please make sure to review our color swatches guide if you would like to make color changes to the invitation you are ordering.

STEP TWO

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a link to submit the wording for your order. All of the wording, on all of the cards is completely customizable and you do not have to submit your wording as soon as you place your order. If you need a few extra days or weeks to get your information together that’s not problem.

STEP THREE

After we receive your wording, your first proof will be emailed to you within 2-4 business days. Please look it over very carefully and have two other people review as well. After you review the proof, let us know if you have any revisions. Each order comes with three complimentary rounds of revisions. Any additional proofs needed behind three, will be charged at $25/proof. The proofing process can take as little as a week or much longer depending upon the speed of the responses.

STEP FOUR

We will work diligently with you to perfect your invite and will not send your order to print until we receive your final approval. Once you are happy with your proof, we will email you the final approval sheet for your signature. It is your responsibility to review the proof for proper spelling, punctuation, color and spacing. Your final approval informs Flair Necessities that we have completed the order to your full satisfaction and specifications and that you assume full responsibility for the design and text of the invitation.

STEP FIVE

Your order will be sent to print as soon as we receive your approval sheet. At this time, no further changes can be made. The printing process takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks for letterpress orders and 3-5 weeks for laser printed orders.

Please contact us if you need to rush the printing of your order. Additional fees will be incurred.

STEP SIX

As soon as the printing of your order is complete, your beautiful invitations will be carefully packed and shipped to you. All U.S. orders will be shipped via Fed Ex and orders outside of the U.S. will be shipped via Priority Mail. Each order is shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. All invitation orders require signature upon delivery so please keep this in mind when providing your shipping information.

STEP SEVEN

All U.S. invitation orders will arrive in 2-5 days and International orders in 6-10 business days. Your order will arrive unassembled unless you have ordered assembly services. The envelope liner, belly band, tag and backers will all need to be assembled. Assembly instructions can be downloaded here.
